I won't be able to make it to Sunday's ride because I'll have family in town. Is anyone up for a Saturday morning or early afternoon ride? I was contemplating going north from Caledonia, but am open to suggestions.
Sandi and Chuck are doing the Michaux Mash course from Long Pine Reservoir at 9am. Cathy Large and I are meeting at the actual race start-Ridge Rd/Means Hollow/Canada Hollow Rd - at 10am to ride the course. Our goal is to catch the 9am ride!! :)
I'm hoping it's only patellar tendonitis complicated by the labial sprain. Hopefully a few weeks off will clear up the tendonitis, but the labial sprain is likely permanent.
Mooch Boy hope you heal up. Lot a big words but it sounds bad. Thats what happens when go from big wheels with no gears to little wheels with gears. Heal quick.
You missed another "fun" loop of the Mash today. It was much easier with gears but it was still hard. It may have been easier but I did a hard 2 hour road ride last night. And unlike Nancy1 (Too cold), Nancy2 (Labial sprain) and Nancy3 (Park Trail is too hard) Clown and I did the entire Thursday night ride.

wow...that that was weird--we typed up our responses at the same time!
I won't be there slowing them down so they might be tough to catch...
Mooch was injured on last night's ride. Dave determined that he has a "labial sprain".
Awesome. Long Pine Reservoir at 9am it is.

Just stretch it and rub it out!

I remember when the most offensive thing on the blog was my screenname. I may as well be a little old church lady now.
Using proper medical terms de-dirtifies everything...
Well said, Dr. Mooch!

Mooch is going to have to practice his keegels to avoid future labial sprains.
