Studs

So.... studs.... I realized the other day, that half the studs fell out of my Innova tires after our Sunday ride on the 18th. It was the first time I had used them. Hey Jody.... how did the rivets hold up?

  1. Mike's Screw and Nut job held up better then you fancy treads!

Maybe you should sweeten him up and get him to mount your Old School set.

  2. The rivets on the rear showed alot of wear after just 1 ride. I think 2 or 3 rides is all I'll get out of them. I used steel rivets but they are still pretty soft.

Sorry I missed you guys on Sunday. I saw 13 degress and chickened out. I rode MOnt Alto later in the day with Stumpy's friends.

I crossed clownbike's tracks up there at Mont Alto, since I wimped out in the morning and did a solo ride in the afternoon too. Never did see him though!

You guys missed out on an excellent Old Forge ride. Sure it started out with numb limbs/digits, frozen cables and faces, but it was still an awesome ride. With just a few spots of ice and snow here and there (Buck knows what I'm talking about) Mackey was pretty dicey.

  7. You Mary's just need to toughen up a little!
Pull your skirt up and ride the rocks.
Mackey get easier the more you ride it.
