Beginner ride recap

We spun up 233 to this great beginner trail Chuck had in mind....
The girls took to it like ducks to water.

Chuck stressed the need for proper riding gear.... a good helmet being first and foremost

We made sure to steer clear of potentially frightening spots that might scare off beginner riders.
All kidding aside, this was a super fun ride, thanks for coming Tricia and Cathy. Oh and you too Tender Lips.

  4. I love my Schwinn gloves. :-) One of the riders forgot her helmet so I was voted to ride without one. They said that I had the least to lose. b4s has a nice seat. Not too soft and not too firm.

  5. Thanks, it takes a long time to find the perfect seat. I know some people prefer larger seats; while others prefer a smaller seat. I am happy with my seat; even when I forget to wear my padded shorts.

  6. Your seat is perfect? Conceited much? ;-) At least I said "nice seat" to you and not to ClownBike. I could have made a smart ass comment when you threw your bike in the back of your truck. Hey, nice rack ya got there! :-o I'll stick to the backhanded compliments from now on.

  7. Easy there Buctrashy,
Leave my large but manly seat out of this.

  8. And all this time I thought you were handing me a nice compliment on my bicycle seat. I mean seats come in all different shapes and sizes as clownbike has pointed out. Why would a newbie, such as myself, think you meant anything otherwise, buctrashy? By the way, anyone want to ride wednesday night?

  12. I like riding Ass Crack. But some people find it a bit too challenging. It get's soft when it's wet. You don't want to ride Ass Crack when it's wet!

Be careful on Ass Crack. If you're on a SS you can also call that trail Knee Death.
