Teaberry pics

Martin gets the hole shot in the 40. I think he held on for 3rd or 4th. He was in first place going in to Mackey, and 5th place coming out of Mackey. He said it's a great trail for a Sunday ride but no fun to race on.

big showing

better to ride home in Travis' red rig, than in Fayetteville's yellow one

  4. I'm taking orders for my new "Flat Tires of Teaberry" T-shirts.
The name of your favorite tire manufacturer on the front with a large slash right down the middle.

  5. Kenda needs to be on it.

  6. Bontrager needs to be there for side walls. I think what we need are those tires they put on kids bikes (Solid) or the spongy ones for Michaux.

  7. i've been riding the same bontrager tires since 2007 around 40 psi and has about 100 or so michaux miles, 200 light trail miles and bout 50 road miles on them and never had a flat. i don't understand why people have trouble with flats, just don't hit the sharp rocks at 20 mph.

  8. It seems like the newer section of the beginner loop, about 100 yards in from Newman RD, has got something in there. Both pre-riders and races were gashing tires at the same spot. But I did hear someone say they had a 4 hour drive, 1 hour ride, and a gash in a brand new 500g tire running Notubes stuff in them. 500g's??? was it made from aluminum foil?

  10. Travis--might've been Bontragers or Crows. Tire-like abstractions of slightly bound rubber particles.

  11. It was a race. I hit everything as fast as I could. Stuff happens when you do that.
That guy with the 500G tire said it was a TNT I think. I'm running XR's and they're fast rolling tubless. In Michaux the sidewalls wear out long before the tread ever does.

My tires never wear out cuz I am so rad they barely touch the ground. I fly through the woods like a wombat on crack.

  13. That's what i run the Bontrager Jones XR. They are fast rolling and have fairly good traction too. I run mine about 40 psi.
