5pm. Meet @ Old Forge ride location (see side bar) and go from there.
Useful tools will include loppers, pruners, leather gloves, small rakes and beer.
See ya there!
More from Slow: I'll have extra tools. I put a map link to the meeting place below.

I can't make it in the evening but can try and go out in the morning and get started on it.
ReplyDeleteIt's up to you Bird, unless you just wanna spend your morning working on something else closer to home and leave Rocky Ridge to the evening shift.

ReplyDeleteMy boys and I will plan on helping out. Not sure where this trail is so just give us a meeting location closer to the 20th and we will be there.

ReplyDeleteI was thinking of meeting at our Old Forge ride location(see side bar) around 5pm and then driving to a closer location to hike in from.
ReplyDeleteIf we get a good turnout, we could also split into 2 groups and start trimming from both ends of the trail.
Stupid echo!
ReplyDeleteI will be there at some point in time. If you have a good turn out maybe I can hike SG and cut out down trees and give my bushwhacker to someone else?
ReplyDeleteI'm bringing nuts, hops, extra tools and a saw.
ReplyDeleteThanks to Greg, Dave, Jun, Slow, Steve, Shawn and his boys for braving the heat and throwing down some serious trail maintanence on Rocky Ridge this evening.
ReplyDeleteIt took us until sweaty sunset and beyond to clear the entire trail but we gotter done.
Enjoy!
