Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday February 23rd after the club ride at Good-Ta-Go. We expect that the meeting will begin around 1:00... who knows when it will end!

Annual Meeting and Nominations

It will soon be time for the annual meeting. This is the one time of year that old and new business will be discussed among the membership as well as the election of officers. As stated in Article IV, Section 4 of our Bylaws (That's right...we have Bylaws):

Elections will be held annually during the month of February and will include a two-week nominating period and thirty days notice to the membership prior to the election date. All nominees who meet the requirements for office (Article VI, Section 2.) shall be eligible for election.

In order to meet the "requirements for office" you must be a paid member for the election year (Bike Reg for 2014 membership renewal is up and running :-). It is possible that the meeting will be held as early as February 1st this year (stay tuned, more details to follow). Now seemed like a good time to get the nominations rolling. I know this won't allow for the required "thirty days notice", but this is more notice than was given in years past.

If you would like to nominate an officer (self-nominations are fine), please post a comment. If there is enough interest, written ballots will be used this year. 

If you are nominated, please consider giving the membership a mission statement.

First half of the jump line was built in Fall.  Four jumps and the berm.  The return line will be built in Spring with a few more jumps.
