Teaberry Race

I would like to pass on some results from the Teaberry race on Sunday.

Ho came in first place overall for the 20 mile race on an SS!! Gears only slow him down.

DRW came in first place overall for the 20 mile series!! Well done Dr.

Ruth came in Second in the 40 mile Womans. 40 miles of Old Forge would kill most people! Great job Ruth.

Yours truly rolled through the gate during the awards ceremony. I figure I rode 15 and pushed 5! Up the Stooges??? Why???

Fun was had by all. If you know of any other results post them.

2011-12 Hunting Seasons

Its that time of year again. Soon you'll either have to stand out or ride at night.

It looks like Oct 1 is the first day of bow hunting for deer in Michaux.

I've attached links to the WMU map of PA and the 2011-2012 hunting seasons.

I rode down Yellow ridge today and someone put in some much needed water bars on the down hill at the end. But be aware the water bars are really big and if you hit the first one at speed you'll be in the air for a long time. So start to slow before the down hill and check things out. If you like to catch BIG air go for it.

The lower part of the mud banks would be nothing but mud with all this rain.

Teaberry Postponed!

Just got an email that the Teaberry has been postponed by request of DCNR.
Will be rescheduled for Sept 25.
Looks like we'll need to schedule a club ride for Sunday!

Brian passed me after AS-5 as I was chillin' for a bit.
I tried to catch him, but he was in a hurry to get to the hospital

Zach has asked if MBM is interested so I need to know if I have enough volunteers to say we will do it or not. Let me know if you plan on racing or volunteering! We had a LOT of fun last year!
