Post ride report from 6-24-12

We had a good turn out for todays ride with some more new faces, but clearly not new mountain bikers. Great weather, good trails, good company made for a nice sunday ride.  The dip in the creek at Woodrow Rd. was especially refreshing, and those that did not partake really missed out!

Hello All,

I am a new member and my name is Jeremy. I have been riding at Michaux off and on for years but I'm getting back into riding after a long hiatus. I live in the Carlisle area and I hope we can link up for a ride and or adult beverage some time.

a word of caution.... hornets have taken up residence on the out and back of tumbling run.. right before the final rock garden....or at least, as a first timer, what i believe is the final rock garden.

Post group ride report 6/10/12

We had a nice turnout this morning with several new riders to the group showing up to join us on a nice spin through the southern end of the forest. Virginia and Southern Gas were sweet as they always are.  We need to schedule a club trail workday for Rocky Ridge, it is in serious need of some trimming and pruning.
