First Ride

Mike and I rode 13 miles this morning on the Shippensburg rail/trail and a short distance on the road. I got the OK on Tuesday to road rode, but NO out of the saddle riding yet! I was really excited, yes... this is my excitement. I felt great! Only slightly sketchy unclipping with the injured foot, but just need to keep working at it. It is actually easier to ride than it is to walk at this point. The ride wasn't very rocky either.....

Good to hear you are back on two wheels. Did Mike kick your butt or did he take it easy on you? Be seeing you on the trails soon!

Chief,

Who do you think kicked butt AND carried a snotty tissue??!!

You had all that time off,you could have been sitting out back and blowing lugges out each nose hole. Time wasted I'd say. Mike give her a hand. Just think at all the time you would save by not having to stop and get out your little snotty rag and blow your nose!!!

You can cut an hour off your Iron Cross time by learning how to properly blow a snot rocket. Here is a good tutorial:

Let me know if you need pictures or a video.
