In an effort to bring these "rogues" back into the fold we are running a special deal. Get the remainder of 2009 and all of 2010 for $12 individual or $20 family.

Yes, that is the replacement. Memberships are good for the year in which you purchased it. So you are good for 2009, but will need to renew for 2010.
