New Club--MBG--Mountain Bikers of Golds.
It's much cheaper to be a member of MBM and the Michaux 'gym' is far superior!
Chris, OK, see you there early. 6pm class with Josh right? I'll be there about 5:45.
I do prefer the Michaux 'gym' but will spin to keep in shape.
I am teaching tonight at 6. Bring your sweat towel and water!
