Misnaux-shoein'

Headed out today with a small band of merry makers. It was my first experience on snowshoes - ever.

Hiked around the Mont Alto area for a little over 3.5 hours and covered a lot of ground.

Brett was all smiles after landing the first snowshoe 720-Gnar-McTwist-with-cheese when we sessioned at the Playstation.

Still a lot of snow in them thar woods. Might as well make the most of it while it lasts.

I got out on the road bike again for 50 sunny (and windy) miles.

it was getting pretty soft. powder was gone, mostly. today is another freeze-thaw cycle with a high around 40. i doubt i'm going to ski on my touring setup but your gear might handle it better.

good ride, darius! we ran into buck and churtle later in the day. they punched out 80 miles on the road bikes. not shabby for 2-28! maybe i should pump up my tires.

"maybe i should pump up my tires."

Maybe we all should if our goal is to be in shape

Better do a better background check on me MW! Only years I spent in Wisconsin were college years - and those were spent mostly in a mildly euphoric or inebriated state - preferably indoors.
