I will be out of town for a couple weeks starting Sat. so I need someone to do the rides. (This Sunday and next). I also have a set of DT Swiss Tk7.1 29er disc brake wheels I would like to sell ($200.00)

Meet at the gasline crossing on Rattlesnake Run Rd. @ 5:15pm. Ride Rocky Ridge, Southern Gas and Virginia if there is time.

Sunday Hunting Update

The voices opposing this need to be heard. It's telling that the article only refers to "hikers and bird-watchers" as other user groups joining the side against Sunday hunting. No mention of mountain bikers or equestrians.

The pro-Sunday hunting advocates are pushing the economic benefits, but do they mention how much money will be lost through other users staying home, out of state tourists not coming in duringthe fall and leaf-peeping seasons? What negative impact might that have?

Evans, the sponsor of the bill, says that he was "presented with the facts" but by whom? The groups pushing for Sunday hunting. Those "facts" are slanted to achieve the desired ends. What are all the facts?

Sunday Race Pre-ride

Gettysburg Bicycle is running a Curse of Dark Hollow pre-ride this Sunday at 9:00am. Presumably at big flat though the email didn't actually specify the start location.

Tuesday Ride - Curse 20 mile loop?

Anyone interested in riding the Curse of Dark Hollow 20 mile race loop on Tuesday evening? I know the club just did this on Sunday but I missed it and need to get in a couple laps of this before the race.
