Great photos! Thanks for posting. You were all over the course. Every time I saw you out of the corner of my eye I knew to pay attention to some dramatic 'feature' that was sure to trip me up. Thanks.
That was a tough race made tougher with a slew of bike problems. As usual, I didn't see most of you there. By the time I finished, the lights were just about turned off. Luckily there was a burger left.
I really enjoyed being out there and watching people attempt the challenging stuff while the old heart rate was pegged! I would have brought the good camera out and got even better photos but the threat of rain had me worried. Good job to all who were out there racing!
Really enjoyed that race! Thanks for the pics Bird! I had no mechanical troubles but the cramps still hit me at the 16 mile mark aid station. At least they held off that far into the race this time. I probably shouldn't have pushed so hard on Abigail but hey, it's a race!
Very disappointed they cut out most of our Wildcat re-route. Very few race entrants can ride the rough stuff like we do and I had to wait until the end of Abigail to really take advantage of the hard features that had many walking their bikes.
