TRAIL REPORT

Has anyone been out to see what the trails/forest roads look like? I know people have been skiing as recently as yesterday but I'm wondering if maybe the gravel/fire roads are clear? Are some trails clear and others snow covered??? Maybe I just need to hibernate until May...

I just finished riding in mont alto. The fire roads are a mess. I wouldn't bother. We did intervals on 233 and didn't attempt any trails but the mountain was still snow covered.

Was out hiking at the Watershed. At south facing trails the snow is gone or passable. Everywhere else, forget it. Maybe next week, unless another polar vortex shows up.

Rode at Mont Alto today at 9:00. Roads were very rideable. Did Buckets then four logs, buckets was challenging but fun. Four logs was terrible in some section fun in others. Did about an hour and a half of trail maintnance while we were out, Lotsa trees and limbs down. Gonna do some recon at old forge later. Overall very challenging and some would not enjoy but I would do it again.
Dave R, sorry for the run - on sentence.
